Why digitise your generators?

The requirements for generators extend beyond just providing power on site. Additional questions regarding emissions, optimum efficiency or possibilities for reducing fuel consumption are becoming increasingly common.

In the past, customers did not have the opportunity to digitise their generators, brand-independent, together in one dashboard. They had no or insufficient remote insight into parameters such as running hours, GPS location, consumption and load level of the generator. For these customers, it was not possible to bring their fault reports together universally. Today, these customers have remote access to machines to adjust parameters and carry out operations.

They also failed to include other technologies, such as battery packs or hybrid systems, in the same dashboards. This made it difficult for their engineering department to provide the best advice. Our customers lacked a link to their service and rental software. This meant they could not optimise their maintenance interventions.
