Heater Monitoring Advanced
With our Heater Monitoring Advanced package, you will receive an Advanced gateway equipped with 4G connectivity and a temperature sensor for measuring the discharge air temperature. The gateway also includes a SIM card and transmits data to the dashboard via the included external antenna. If needed, you can optionally order a relay and power supply.
You will receive regular updates of various parameters of your mobile heater according to a time interval that you can set yourself. By default, we send an update every 15 minutes, but you can adjust this frequency according to your needs. Firmware updates are performed automatically remotely.
After activation, dashboards and summary dashboards are immediately available. Any data and connectivity charges are charged at your current rates.
In larger heaters, the switch box is in the metal housing of the unit. The signal from the measurement solution is at risk of being lost through the Faraday cage.
To make monitoring possible, we provide the Advanced solution with an external antenna.
Otherwise, there is no difference from the Essentials programme. You determine the position of the unit, measure the number of operating hours, the supply voltage, the status of the unit and the discharge temperature of the heater.
If the unit fails due to burner failure, simply press the reset button remotely.
